Huck Finn Sportfishing Center is a booking service for a fine group of clean, modern fishing/whale watching and tour boats. The crews assist beginners and experienced anglers alike. All boat operators are USCG licensed professionals, and all required safety equipment is provided. The boats we are currently working with include:

  • Ankeny Street - Capt. Chris Chang - the kid on the "yellow boat". A good salmon fisher, he also loves that "local" 1/2 day rockfishing trip.
  • Connie O - Capt Bob Mazzetti is anxious to share his passion for fishing with you on this beautiful six pack boat.
  • Gravy - Capt. Manuel Escobar takes his six pack boat fishing for all species. In 2009 he will be available by prior reservation for the open party rockfishing..
  • New Captain Pete Capt. Dennis Baxter will be fishing from Oyster Point Marina in April - July 5 for Halibut. He'll return for the July 11 for rockfish at Half Moon Bay
  • New Gravy - Capt. Kelly Sponseller - brings fishing experience from both HMB & SF boats. This energetic gal sure can find the fish.
  • New Mary S II - Capt. Collin Wing traded in his party boat for this 5 person variety. He wants to fish, he said, rockfish, mackeral, sand dabs, whatever is in season and available.
  • Que Sera Sera - Capt. Dale Walters provides the ultimate six pack experience with luxury. He is available for boat tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours at any time. Crab, crab combos for rockfish or Humboldt Squid are also available.
  • Salty Lady - Capt. Roger Thomas has spent the winters in Half Moon Bay for just about 25 years for the winter California Gray Whale watching and the spring time fishing. The rest of the year he operates from Sausalito.

Owned and managed by Bill and Peggy Beckett, we bring years of both sport and commercial fishing experience to our business.
